UK
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, on a next working day service. Express delivery to the UK is free for orders over £75 (excluding the Channel Islands). Orders to Northern Ireland and Scotland may now take up to 2 days to arrive with DPD.

Orders with a value of less than £75 are subject to a small delivery charge of £3.95 and will be sent standard delivery on a 1-2 day service.

Channel Islands - Delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of White and Isle of Man is at a cost of £9.50 on a standard 2-day service.

European Destinations
Delivery is available to the following European destinations at a cost of £18 for all order values and can be expected to arrive within 5-7 working days;
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden

International Destinations
Delivery is available to the USA and Australia at a cost of £29 for all order values and can be expected to arrive within 7-14 working days on a standard service.

If you live outside the UK, you may be required to pay import duties on goods entering your country, depending on the value of your order. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes you may incur, and this should be checked with your local duty office to ensure you are aware of any additional cost’s payable upon the receipt of your goods

Returns
All our linen is hand checked before leaving us to ensure it's in perfect condition when it arrives to you. However, we want you to be 100% happy with your linen and if for any reason you decide the colour isn’t quite what you expected, the size is wrong, or you have simply changed your mind we will happily refund the full price of the items purchased. The goods should be returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original packaging, unused, unwashed and in a perfect resaleable condition.

Simply contact us at [email protected] to let us know the reason for the return and send it to the address given in our reply. You are responsible for the return postage costs and the goods remain your property until they are received back to us. When we receive the goods, we will let you know they have arrived safely and refund you via your original payment method.
